Tuning to perfection! |
The Holloman AFB Auto Hobby has 17 stalls with 5 lifts available for your use. The fee for regular stalls $3 per hour and the lift costs $4.50 per hour with a half hour minimum charge for both. All tools are provided for your use. The tools in our Auto Hobby Center are the best available anywhere! The center also offers a well equipped welding room for those broken items. The center is staffed for your assistance and guidance if needed. We offer one on one teaching assistance for any task you wish to tackle. |

The center also has a small resale store in house for small items with same day delivery for other items from our supplier downtown. We offer special order next day delivery on the hard to find items. Please call us to find out if we can get the part you need! Our prices are very reasonable and you do not have to pay taxes on items ordered from us. |

The following Operating Instruction has been developed
by the Auto Hobby Staff to ensure the safety and
well-being of customers and employees.
Operating Instruction - Auto Hobby Center
This Operating Instruction (OI) is the responsibility of the Auto Hobby Center for employee and customer's safety and well-being.
- All customers working in this facility must comply with safety, fire and environmental regulations.
- All customers working in this facility must wear long pants, long sleeve type shirt and covered toe shoes (employees must wear steel toe shoes or boots).
- All customers working in this facility are required to sign in at the tool crib prior to beginning work. No sign-ins will be allowed within 1 hour prior to closing.
- Tools are provided for your use in this facility. Our tools are NOT to be used if you brought your own tools.
- Customers must take all aerosol cans with them when leaving the facility. DO NOT TOSS IN TRASH CANS!
- Clean up begins thirty minutes prior to closing. On busy days this might change to one hour prior to closing if conditions warrant.
- Clean means that you stop work and clean up your area. The stall must swept and mopped from end-to-end and line-to-line.
- Pay any fees due and return all special tools to the tool crib.
