The purpose of Customer College is to deliver customer service training and programs that are easily transferred to the work place. The benefit of the training is to create a new culture of exceptional service which will positively impact processes, readiness and mission accomplishments by improving products and/or services provided to the customer. Customer College trains front-line and behind-the-scenes service providers from all of Holloman’s organizations. Training focuses on improving students’ communication skills, telephone etiquette, handling of difficult customers, teamwork, and ability to meet the customers’ needs. Leadership believes that mission accomplishment and readiness will improve due to a focus on giving our customers “world class service and products”. Customer’s needs are efficiently and effectively met and service providers showcase their talents, skills and professionalism while getting the job done right. We challenge graduates to return to their work center with new tools and experiences which will re-energize them to make Holloman the “Friendliest Place on Earth”.
