Fees & Charges: Annual: $100.00, Quarterly: $25.00, Monthly: $10.00, Late Fee: $15.00
Payment Terms:
1. All fees are due by the first of the month. For examples if your quarter isSeptember through November, you must pay by September first. All custombers will receive a statement, not a bill when payment is due.
2. Fees will be considered 30 days delinquent after the end of the month in which they are due, and are 60 days delinquent of the end of the following month. Delinquency notices will be sent out of 30 days. Upon a delinquency of 45 days, a late fee will be charged. If a patron is 60 days delinquent, military pay order actions will be Initiated and action may be taken to revoke storage privileges and
remove the vehicle. The patron remains responsible for late and past due payments.
3. Termination- Termination must be made in writing. The RV Storage Lot ID Sticker and Key Issue ID must be returned to Outdoor Recreation. If a vehicle is removed prior to the 15th day of any month for which patron has prepaid, they will receive a prorated refund.
Rules & Regulations:
1. The RV storage Lot is not authorized use as a vehicle for sale lot.
2. All applicants shall complete RV
Storage prior to PCS move.
3. Patron will park RV's in designated space and secure all windows, vents, doors, and exterior attachments.
4. Chalk blocks are recommended to secure vehicles from accidental movement.
5. All vehicles and equipment in the RV Storage Lot
require a permit.
6. Only ONE VEHICLE per space.
7. Permits will be checked daily.
8. Vehicles found in the RV Storage Lot without permit sticker will be subject to appropriate fines.
9. If RV's are improperly parked, or become delinquent, Outdoor Recreation reserves the right to move such property should the owner
be unavailable and/or the situation is not resolved. |
10. Patrons are responsible for keeping their space free from extraneous items (i.e.: wheels, seats, ropes, etc.).
11. If a tarp is used to cover the vehicle, a canvas rather than plastic tarp is preferred. The plastic tarp is not as durable in New Mexico winds.
12. Patrons will not perform significant work on vehicle in the lot (i.e.: motor overhaul).
13. Patrons are responsible
for safekeeping of their property.
14. Vehicles must be the property of the patron who is authorized storage privileges.
15. If theft or damage is noted, contact the Law Enforcement Desk and Outdoor Recreation.
16. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO STAY IN THE RV STORAGE LOT OVER NIGHT. |
