Sponsorship

Operation KidsHelp Yourself and Us:
Sponsorship of one or more of these activities gives you an opportunity to promote your products and/or services through signage, advertising, or product displays and sampling. Please contact us regarding your sponsorship interest. Packages can be tailored to meet your individual needs! We look forward working with you!

What is Commercial Sponsorship?
Is a military terminology, unique to the Department of Defense and is used to identify a program known in the civilian business community as Event Marketing or Special Events Sponsorships. A Department of Defense policy gives the Force Support Squadron permission to seek Commercial Sponsorship of base events, programs and activities. Business and corporate entities can access the desirable and lucrative military market through sponsorship of Force Support Squadron events at Holloman AFB in exchange for public relations, advertising and merchandising opportunities.

Two Types of Commercial Sponsorships
Solicits Sponsorships are formal competitive solicitations by the Force Support Squadron requesting Commercial Sponsorship of a specific FSS event or program. Unsolicited Sponsorships occur when a commercial entity approaches FSS activities with sponsorship proposal to support a specific event or program. Please note that gifts, donations or contributions are not under the Commercial Sponsorship umbrella and therefore will not receive the same public recognition.

Sponsorship Options:

Direct financial support
Gift certificates
In-kind products, including refreshments
Merit Awards
Prizes (new cars, RV's, home electronics, shopping sprees, overnight accommodations, resort stays, etc.)
Sponsor product premium giveaways to reward participation
Transportation services or equipment
Uniforms, costumes, sports/leisure apparel, medals and trophies

Gifts/Donations:
Gifts and Donations in the form of cash, products or services may be accepted at any time for Services Squadron programs. The donor received limited public acknowledgement.
