Date: November 23rd, sign up NLT November 20th
Time: 10:30 A.M. or earlier (contestant's choice if they want to prep earlier)
Location: Outside Club Holloman by the patio/smoke pit
4 slots available! Judging will be based on taste and appearance. Contestants get to eat for free!
** Turkey and seasonings will be provided. Season it on the day of the event or brine the day prior.
Contestant will be responsible for providing nut free oil, fryer, and any special seasonings they would like to utilize.
