Domenici Fitness Center offers an array of fitness options such as top of the line workout equipment, aerobics classes, martial arts, cycling, circuit training, strength training, personal trainers, massage therapy and more.

At the closing of staffed operational hours, the facility is closed for 30-minutes.

Fitness Access is available at Domenici Fitness Center for US and active duty members, spouses, and self-sponsored civilians ages 18 and older. Child dependents, ages 18 and older, must have his or her parent sponsor present to request a fitness card ($3).

Members with fitness access are allowed to enter the facility at 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 2:30 p.m. on weekends and ACC Down Days.

AEROBIC CLASS

  • $3 per class

BODY PUMP

Challenge your major muscle groups using a barbell and weights with exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Be prepared to feel your muscles burn!

YOGA

Emphasizes developing one's physical flexibility and nurtures the desire for self-discipline. Yoga has the same potential of emulating a rigorous full body workout and promotes mental stability and concentration.

AQUA AEROBICS/BOOTCAMP

Each class is designed for men and women who want a challenging workout. It incorporate water and equipment to make this class a great muscular challenge.

PIYO STRENGTH

Stretch tension away while enjoying beautiful scenery. With a combination of Pilates and Yoga, we will increase your strength and flexibility.

CYCLING

Partake in a cardio workout that can burn 500 calories or more. It is a low-impact workout that suits people of all ages, induces sweat and exercises the lower body and helps build endurance.

HOLLOMAN MARTIAL ARTS

CLASSES FEE: Classes are $45 a month with 1st week of free training.

HAPKIDO

During class will train on all elements of combat technique, i.e. Grappling, Takedowns/Throws, Hand and Foot

Strikes, as well as self defense. Proper PPE is required.

TAEKWONDO

Korean martial arts that focuses on endurance, speed, footwork and striking techniques.

GRAPPLING/

SELF DEFENSE

Proper PPE is required (mouthpieces and sports cups for males), rash guards are optional.

Join us and meet our members, see and hear firsthand testimonials about their training experience, and continuous fitness journey with our coaching staff and community.

The Fitness Center has Personal Trainers ready to help you reach your goals on your own or with a partner.

 

FEES

  • $25 - one-on-one full hour session

  • $20 - one-on-one half hour session

  • $35 - partner full hour session

  • $25 - partner full half hour session

  • $3/person - small group (max of 10 pax)

Payments must go through front desk staff & must be paid prior to the training.

This room is for Parents to work out while being able to keep direct supervision on their children.  Children must remain in the two play areas.  No child shall be around any of the cardio or weight equipment this is for the safety of the children.   No food is allowed in this room due to food allergies

 The indoor pool is 5 feet deep and is 25 meters long. This pool is not for recreation use and is only set up for lap swim.

CLOSED ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while using the playground, parents or guardians will not leave children unattended. Playground is off limits during fitness after hours. No food or drinks allowed in the playground. Shoes will not be worn on the playground, only socks are allowed.
