Join us for some german inspired food, beer, music, games, and inflatables for kids! Featuring Bavarian Band: Die Polka Schlingel!
Stein Hoisting @ 7 pm (Individuals)
Become Holloman's Stein Hoisting Champion! Hold a 1 Liter glass stein filled to the brim with liquid and held by a straight 90° arm in front of entrant; parallel to the floor with elbows locked. If elbow bends, spill, or drops the stein, entrant loses the contest. Longest time wins the contest. Winner gets all the bragging rights and crowned as Oktoberfest Stein King or Queen.

Bratwurst Toss @ 8 PM (Teams of 2)
Grab a partner and toss the Brat! Teams must complete a toss to-and-fro and catch the Brat in their bucket. Careful not to break it as you may end up tossing twice as much. The team that tosses the Brat the furthest distance in each round will win the game and a couple of awesome prizes.

Liter Stein Bucket Race @ 9 PM (Teams of 5)
A race between teams on who can fill their buckets the fastest by transferring liquid from one glass to another down the line. Each teams will consist of six players. First team to fill it to the designated mark will be the winner! Fastest time earns your team the title of Holloman AFB Liter Stein Bucket Champs!

Base Access Pass
(Oktoberfest Only)
The Oktoberfest Access Pass allows access through Holloman AFB Main Gate between the hours of 6pm – 10pm the day of event. Passes are required for all passengers who are 16 years or older. Passes may only be issued to U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, and Lawful Permanent Residents.
To obtain a Special Event Pass, visitors are required to provide a Real-ID compliant driver’s license or state-issued identification card and undergo a criminal history background check.

How to Get Your Pass
Patrons not affiliated with Holloman AFB can now obtain a Oktoberfest Access Pass at the Visitor Center, BLDG. 1, Monday – Friday, 0700-1630.

This Oktoberfest Access Pass allows the public access to Oktoberfest on Holloman AFB. All patrons must have the confirmation from Eventbrite to obtain passes before September 6th, 2023.
